We try our best to keep our portfolio up to date. Since quite a few sellers are not constantly present in Sri Lanka and sometimes forget to inform us about new developments, we all might be confronted with minor changes:
Prices given are the last prices that the sellers have told us. Prices may have changed without us knowing. Before any inspection we'll check the price and inform you.
In case of two prices given in two currencies the seller will usually start his negotiations at the higher of the two prices. That's common practise in Sri Lanka.
Please note that in case of a sale the purchaser will have to pay a fee to the agent.
